Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Am I Too Old To Learn The Software?
No. The lessons are written step by step, in plain English, and you can reread them as often as you like. Many women learn QuickBooks Online or Xero later in life. Patience and care matter more than speed.
Do I Need A Degree?
No. Bookkeeping does not require a degree. You need to be organized, careful and willing to practice. The course gives you the foundations and two Mock Accounts to practice on: Maple Street Dental and Hillside Community Church.
Will AI Replace This Job?
AI is changing how data entry is done, but it still makes mistakes. Local businesses want a real person who checks the work, explains the numbers and keeps their books clean. You will learn to use AI as a helper and to check its work.
Can I Really Find Clients?
Many small businesses in your town need help with their books. The course shows you how to set up your Google Business Profile, show up in local search and talk with owners you may already know. Results depend on your effort and your area.
How Much Can I Realistically Earn?
It varies, and we make no promises. As an example only, a bookkeeper with five small monthly clients at $300 each would bill $1,500 a month. Your rates, hours and local market will shape your own numbers.
Are There Live Calls?
No. There are no live calls. Coaching happens through voice notes you can send and listen to on your own schedule.
Are There Videos?
No. Lessons are written, with printables and voice note coaching. You can read at your own pace and come back any time.
Any income figures shown are examples only. Income varies.
